Ring Table Lamp

Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Ring Table Lamp by Koray Kırca Our design emerged as a reaction to natural resources being depleted by the never-ending need of technology. The wooden parts of the design reflects the nature and tradition while the two twisted metal parts represent time. The metal cage, that these metals parts merge into, is used to remind us how technology traps the world and thus humanity like a bird in a cage. Nevertheless, the design also gives hope to humanity that all is not lost by implementing a light inside this cage.
